All fitness classes are £5.50 or £5.00 with a Newburn Discount card.

KettleBells - £3.50 or £3.00 with a Newburn Card

Yoga - £5.90 or £5.40 with a Newburn Card.

10.00am - 12.00am - Ladies Morning, One hour fitness class, with one hours various activities afterwards.                                   11.00am - 12.00pm - Stepping stones (Gentle circuit for the over 50s)                

6.00pm - 7.00 -  Power Hour Circuit class

6.00pm - 7.00pm - Aerobic Circuit                    6.00pm - 7.00pm - Indoor Cycling (must book)
